Danish Choir Rød Aalboys
Join Danish Male choir for an evening of Scandinavian and Irish song from this group of 22 to 30 year olds travelling Ireland for a few intimate events.

Known for their powerful harmonies and lively performances, Rød Aalboys brings a unique blend of Nordic folk and "snaps"*-songs as well as traditional and modern Irish favourites with a hint of Scandinavia. The repertoire of Eirin's Isle includes - but is not limited to - The Rocky Road to Dublin, Fields of Athenry and Danny my Boy, whereas the Danish songs are best familiarized on the spot. With a strong focus on audience engagement and community singing, the choir creates an atmosphere that is both entertaining and welcoming - and perhaps educating in the sense of new, Nordic tunes suited for any pub in the world.

Niamh Keane from Dublin is an emerging talent from Dublin who has a a new album coming our before summers end as part of her nationwide tour makes a stop in Tullamore where she will be joined bY Offaly woman Bri to perform an intimate show of beautifully crafted songs.

The South will rise with 3 bands playing blues rock with headline act Crow Black Chicken bringing their brand of original blues rock from Cork with special guest from Cavan emerging talent Sweet Afton and opening the show from Athlone Soulberry
