The Offaly Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (OSPCA) is a voluntary rescue charity managed and run completely by a small group of volunteers.
The aim of our charity is to prevent suffering, provide assistance to sick/injured and stray animals, and where possible to improve the lives of companion animals by providing subsidised special neutering schemes at various times throughout the year depending on the availability of funds.
